Not being able to see the forest, because of all the trees is a classic
problem in variety of areas in organizations today. Innovation and creativity
is one of these areas that once in a while need a boost and or a critical
eye to flourish. Idélaboratoriet conducts innovation analysis's
both in an external expertise binocular way and in a more internal discussion
forum format using the innovation scorecard tool. The first choice consists of an analysis based on interviews
and on site investigations performed by Idélaboratoriet. The
second alternative consists of an innovation assessment performed in
a workshop format with a group from the organization itself.
Objectives:
To analyze the
innovative climate and structure of the organization and come up with
ways to enhance these.
Deliverables:
The first alternative
results in a written report by Idélaboratoriet that gives an
objective view of the innovation status of the organization.
The second alternative
results in a number of Innovation Scorecard surveys that pinpoints
the internal view upon the organization's innovational climate.
