Coaching Creative's

Leading creative's is a delicate task that is one of the cornerstones of modern leadership. As a manager of today you often experience the balance between being inspiring and motivating people to come up with ideas, but also have to be harsh when it comes to screening and maintaining productivity.
What would be possible for you if you had access to personal creative support? What could happen if you had the help you needed to tap into your own and the creative potential of your team?

The limits of time and the infinity of human potential are at the core of coaching. The experienced coaches from our partner Evolver will guide you through the obstacles of leading innovation. The coaches can be used in supporting innovation management and creative leadership in action. Both on long term development basis to enhance your skills as a creative leader and in just-in-time situations when deadlines are coming closer and help with direction is needed.

  • Leadership support – for those responsible for the creative process that need help with proactive performance or who which to secure continuous productivity. Either for themselves or for the group they are leading on a personal, process or specific basis.
  • Immediate needs – clients with specific personal needs that they need help with such as reaching deadlines, getting ”unstuck”, conflict solving, troubleshooting or inspiration.
  • Follow up support – for clients that have taken the training programs and now are in the progress of leading their own internal innovation. The client wants support and feedback in gaining approval of implementing the new knowledge.

Objectives:
To give personal, one-on one, situational support to innovation managers, project groups and facilitators of creative processes.

To help secure productivity, results and personal awareness in the strive for innovation.

Deliverables:
Hands on situational and/or personal coaching related to creative or innovation processes.

Written progress and evaluation reports.

A coaching process ends with a plan with suggestions for future personal and situational development.
