Minc Innovation Lab The philosophy behind the Minc Innovation Lab is to make use of different physical rooms with special functionality and inspiration for the different parts of the idea management process.

The first room is where you define the problem or opportunity.
The second room is where all the ideas are created.
The third room is where you combine, select and finally enhance the best ideas.
The forth & fifth room is where the best ideas come to life. Here you build concepts around the ideas and finally there is an opportunity to present and evaluate the result and the process.
