Some people think that chaos and creativity is the same thing. We strongly disagree! We think that in order to get results from a creative session that leads to innovative results, you need a very structured process. From the need phase to the delivery of the enriched final concepts.
This process is of course nurtured by energy, humor, and some chaos, but also constructed in a very logical and delivery-oriented way.

Every organization naturally needs to adapt their own idea process depending on what area of business they are in. The process model to the right outlines the general process:

The need phase is where you define the problem or opportunity.

The idea generation phase is where all the ideas are created.

The idea development & selection phase is where you combine, select and finally enhance the best ideas.

The enrichment phase is where the best ideas come to life.

Finally you present and evaluate the result.
