The Idea Agent™ program is a hands-on course
designed mainly for managers that need to be able to take an active
role in facilitating creative processes. The three day program focuses
on the design of a creative process, the tools and techniques available
for creating and managing ideas and the appropriate leadership skills
needed to facilitate the process.
Objectives:
To make the participants
able to design, facilitate and document a professional creative process
using techniques way beyond "brainstorming".
To enhance and get an understanding
for the creative process in the organization of the participant.
Deliverables:
Two
"test" facilitation's of creative processes in the organization
of the participant during the program.
The Idea Agent´s
Secret Handbook - a toolkit in the shape of a map that contains all
the knowledge you need to become a successful facilitator of creative
processes.
The Idea Agent™ Diploma.
The Innovation Agent™ program is both a practical
and theoretical course. The course is designed for managers who are
interested in innovation from both an organizational perspective (intellectual
capital, innovation strategies, idea culture etc) as well as from a
more hands on facilitating perspective (creative techniques, personal
creativity, creative space design etc). Idélaboratoriet guides
the participants through the latest achievements concerning innovation
management around the world. The programs final design is worked out
in close cooperation with the client.
Objectives:
To give the participants
an overview of the most interesting findings and creative experiments
in the field of innovation management today.
To develop managers who
after the program will be able to analyze his/her organization from
an innovation perspective, create innovation strategies and implement
cutting edge innovation programs based on first hand experiences.
To inspire the participants
to achieve greatness by meeting interesting thinkers in the innovation
area and visiting innovation hotspots of today.

The creation of an innovation
initiative in each of the participants organization that will be developed
during the course.
Together with the University of Malmö, Idélaboratoriet is
producing an university course that is an introduction to entrepreneurship
in the economy where value is created by creativity and intellectual
capital. The focus of the course lies in the constructive meeting between
the creative work in the form of music, design, software development
(i.e. the gaming industry) on one hand, and the business driven market
economy on the other hand. The course is based upon field trips to exciting
companies, discussions with entrepreneurs, lectures from the academic
field and coaching. The course can be held for companies as a contract
education program.
Objectives:
The purpose of the course is that the participants
should develop a business plan of their own based on the theoretical
and practical coaching received in the subjects of:
Idea
generation - how do you create and develop ideas?
Business
development - how do you start a business that creates value for the
customer?
Business
law - how do you protect your intellectual capital and how do you start
a company?
Branding - how do you communicate your message?
The
personal entrepreneur - what does entrepreneurship mean on a personal
level?
